This way it is eas\u00adi\u00ader to remem\u00adber the sequence. After each group of three we hold the hands about 2 inch\u00ades apart over the navel. Wpmen have the left hand on the out\u00adside, men the right one. This anchors the new ener\u00adgy in our body. After a short while the hands go down and form a cir\u00adcle. Palms face upward and rest above each oth\u00ader. The hands form the Dhyana Mudra which rep\u00adre\u00adsents the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal pow\u00ader of the fire which trans\u00adforms all impu\u00adri\u00adties. It is a calm\u00ading ges\u00adture of med\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtion that forms the per\u00adfect bal\u00adance between body, mind and soul and is at the same time also a sym\u00adbol for peace and inner strength.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Part 3 shows slow med\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtive move\u00adments which decrease stress and calm and har\u00admo\u00adnize the ener\u00adgy field at the end of the day. Knees are always slight\u00adly bent as are the arms. Fin\u00adgers slight\u00adly spread but relaxed. This pos\u00adture enhances the flow of ener\u00adgy. Stretched arms and legs block the flow. The pelvis con\u00adtrols move\u00adment and is the basis for vital ener\u00adgy.
